Q. Which cyWren product is right for me?
A. cyAct™ is an Action Item tracker for the Pocket PC. cyProj™ is a Microsoft® Project Data File viewer for the Pocket PC. cyRisk™ integrates a risk management process with your Microsoft®Project data files.  cyStat™ is a Project Portfolio status reporting tool for the Pocket PC.  cyTools is a bundle of all 4 cyWren project management products.  cyProj, cyRisk and cyStat require Microsoft Project. cyAct does not require Microsoft Project. Q. How do I buy a cyWren product?

Q. Do I get a discount if I buy more than 1 product?
A. We follow the industry standard pricing model for software sales. Single copy purchases of each product are offered at retail price. However, if you purchase cyTools, you receive all 4 cyWren products at a substantial discount. Enterprise purchases may be eligible for volume discount pricing.

Q. Do cyWren products run on the Windows Mobile Operating System?
A. Yes, cyWren products are supported on most Pocket PC devices with Windows Mobile 2002 or 2003.

Q. Do cyWren products work with Microsoft Project 98?
A. No, cyWren products require Microsoft Project 2000 or newer data files.

Q. Do I need Microsoft Project in order to use cyWren products?
A. Most cyWren products require Microsoft Project data. cyAct is the exception; cyAct does not require Microsoft Project. Please see our Product Detail Pages for additional information.

Q. How do I transfer Microsoft® Project data files between my desktop and my Pocket PC?
A. See the product User Guide section, "Synchronizing Project Data Files" for help with importing and exporting files between Microsoft Project on your desktop and the Pocket PC.

Q. Do cyWren products run on HP/C devices?
A. No, cyWren products do not run on HP/C devices primarily because of their larger screen size. Our products are customized to fit the small screen of the Pocket PC. It is a form factor issue.

Q. Do cyWren products support international dates and currency?
A. Yes, cyWren products support the localization (Regional Settings) feature included with Windows CE 3.0 2002 or 2003. Regional Settings support the number, currency, time and dates formats of multiple languages.
